So I've decided to start making and selling tutus! I made some for my girls and one for each of my nieces, and I love it! I love making them and I love giving them to people! I looked it up online and the cheapest you can buy these tutus are for about $35!! So I wanted to start making tutus and selling them for a reasonable price.
